I own a business. Do I need something different?
Usually, yes - your business should be part of your plan so it doesn't get stuck in probate or leave your family unsure who's in charge. Doesn't a will avoid probate?
No. In California, a will still has to go through probate court. A funded living trust is what lets your family skip probate.
